Approach Psychology is a private psychology practice located in Gordon on Sydney’s North Shore, just 10 minutes from Chatswood and 15 minutes from Ryde or Hornsby. We have been providing quality service to clients from the local area – and beyond – for over eight years.
We offer psychological treatment for children, adolescents and adults who are experiencing a variety of emotional and behavioural difficulties and would like help in finding solutions to these challenges.

Donna Sobanski, Clinical Psychologist
Donna is a Clinical Psychologist who works with children, adolescents, adults and parents. Donna is available for appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Antje Hofmann, Clinical Psychologist
Antje is a Clinical Psychologist who works with adults, primary school children and parents. Antje is available for appointments on Thursdays.
Tom Butterworth, Clinical Psychologist
Tom is a Clinical Psychologist who works with children, adolescents and parents. Tom is available for appointments on Wednesdays.

Our Reception Staff
Annabelle and Katarina are our friendly receptionists and the first point of contact for clients. Both have undergraduate psychology degrees and a thorough understanding of our Practice. They are happy to answer any questions you might have, and are available by phone or email to make or change appointments.
